All queries regarding how to use this exciting new product, to report system bugs, or otherwise communicate with a CIERCUS professional support staff member, should be directed either by email at support@ciercus.com or you may call our problem line, toll free at 1-888-4CIERCUS.  All queries are answered in the order they have been received, and all will be answered within 24 hours.
